Pinot Noir – Chile

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes:

The maritime influence makes Casablanca valley one of the best places in the world for colder climate varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.  This cooler microclimate allows the grapes to develop great acidity, to preserve the full bouquet and to show enough minerality to make this avery aromatic and well-structured wine.

Food Pairings: Spring lamb is a classic, mushroom risotto and Margarita pizza.
